On Sunday 11 path August, 6 FenArch volunteers filled in the trenches and returned the field to its original state. Rough estimate of between 5 and 7 tons of earth shifted manually. Hard work under a blazing Sun. Now the finds cleaning and analysis phase starts. Back next year, we hope, in a different part of the field.
